They empty the mini bar before you arrive but will fill it with water, soda & beer if you ask. No hard alcohol.
As to the club, I stayed in a club level suite in December. If I ever went back i would not pay for club level. It may be one of the worst IC clubs. Very limited offering and not worth the money.
