I have yet to stay here personally but had a friend who did for 2 nights and I also attended a dinner/reception held there. The bar was not open as of a few weeks ago and there are a few things in the layout that seem a little off.

However I did bump into the GM who seemed to be a quite a nice guy and very helpful. Some of the staff seemed new to hotel work but there were also a few who were over the top. If you get a deal on the place it isn't bad and in a central location to Tampa Bay.
