Does anybody have experience with row 9 in economy on the 777-300? How is 9A and 9B? They look to me to have more legroom than the similar row 10 on the 777-200. But can you actually stretch your feet?

I recently sat in seat 11C on the 777-300 and it looked to me that seat 10 J was bigger than the other seats. Did anyone notice this? Are all row 10 seats bigger? Is this what we can expect in the announced premium economy?
