They should be eligible. Note that F/J are not the award classes, but even so, if you are paying the miles for the tickets, at least in theory you should be treated the same as someone who paid a revenue. After all, the miles have been given a value by the airline, and for a $4k ticket, you paid the miles equivalent, as defined by the airline or its partner. That's just my thoughts though...
