BOM is a newly renovated airport that's now much nicer than the rathole it once was.. and you could just get a taxi / chauffered hertz car etc at BOM to drive you the three hours or so to PNQ.
Might even prove faster than waiting for the next PNQ flight, checking in, driving from PNQ into the city etc .. BOM airport to PNQ city is like 3..4 hours tops by car.

I'll be flying business class LAX-PNQ for work in a couple of weeks. My need for a late departure out of LAX will mean that I won't be able to take advantage of the FRA-PNQ flight on Lufthansa - I'll need to fly to either DEL or BOM and transfer to a domestic flight to PNQ. Which airport will give me the least hassle, or is there another airport I should look to connect through?
I need to stick to Star Alliance carriers for the most part due to our negotiated rates with airlines, so it looks like a connection in BOM or DEL are my only options.
