Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked a Grand deluxe room on a corp rate and to my surprise I got again (like in the past in 2008, but not in early 2009) a King Club room confirmed online already.

How are the rooms?
Large and nicely appointed with big flat screen, dvd player, ipod hookup etc. Bathroom with separate shower and bath tub.

How is the exec. lounge?
Acces granted. Very good. Had breakfast with made to order eggs from the menu. Afternoon tea was different this time as the pastries and sandwiches were not displayed but instead there was a small menu to order from. Macarons were out at 4pm so got scone instead. Didn't try the evening snacks.

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
Club room upgrade with full benefits (+ free internet, 3 items for laundry)
RA welcome gift was a bottle of Oz Chardonnay (good, they remembered that I'm not a big red wine drinker)
Check-in in the room fast and warm
Minbar replenished daily though I only had water and juice from it
Renovations in the lobby and pool area completed
location good for my purposes being very central

Bad:
Nothing really and I was looking

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
At the corp rate a good value. Used FWNC for second night. If Club is a choice again I will be back for sure.
