I flew AC 7 in J mid-November last year, so about 6 months ago. It was lunch, snack, and dinner. I still have the menu, but I don't have a scanner. Here's the main points.

Lunch

Appetizers

Smoked Duck with Duck and Orange Terrine and Okanagan Valley Fruit Chutney

Salt Spring Island Goat Cheese with Balsamic Fig Chutney and grilled Vegetables

Main Courses

Stir-fried Chicken

Spinach-stuffed Sole

Braised Ossobuco

...

Cheese with Crackers

Dessert

At your Leisure

(snacks)

Before Landing

Fresh Fruit

Main Courses

Breaded Pork Loin

Stir-fried Shrimp and Lima Beans

Open Ravioli of roasted Vegetables

---

For lunch, I picked the smoked duck, which I really enjoyed. Then, the spinach-stuff sole as the main course, which I found rather dry and dull.

I had some dim sum during the flight, which were excellent, though I had the exact opposite experience on the flight back from HK.

For dinner, I picked Open Ravioli of roasted Vegetables, which was fine.

Overall, I really like the smoked duck appetizer. Everything else was ok, but nothing to rave about.
