Recently a few people been calling into question the competence of connection carriers. I have been a bit down on DL myself lately because of the recent skymiles/worldperks changes However I want to give credit where credit is due.

^ I flew HOU-ATL DL5985 Friday and returned on DL5985 ATL-HOU this weekend. I had one of those rare near perfect travel experiences (even with a pet). The FAs in both directions were fantastic and knew their stuff. Normally I wouldn't post this, but since Crew Competence on DL Connection Carriers has been called into question recently, I wanted to provide some perspective from the opposite end of the spectrum.
