How much of a layover should I allow in DEL connecting from international to domestic (LH to AI). LH's MUC-DEL flight arrives at 7AM and there's a Kingfisher (AI) flight that leaves at 9AM out of Terminal 1D. Apparently as of April 19th all Kingfisher departures are out of 1D, while all arrivals are in to Terminal 1C.
