I have searched and searched, but I can't find any menu threads on this forum. Does anyone have a recent menu for YVR-HKG J meal service?

My wife and I are flying in June. AC7 leaves YVR at 1430, arrives HKG 13.5 hours later at 1855. What kind of meals are served? Dinner and breakfast? Lunch, dinner and snack?

Unfortunately I found a lot of Air Canada food complaint threads, both here on FT and other airline and travel forums, but can't find an actual menu.
