I am lucky to have not had a bad experince on MESA in terms of ontime departures. But their aircraft seats are uncomfortable with little or no seat cushion and the fabric on the headrest are dark.
I actually look forward to the MESA flight attendants on my flights. And, I mean this seriously, MESA does not discriminate. I have seen every race, color and gender, and they even have transgendered flight attendants. I have never had inferior service on MESA, at worst , some indifferent flight attendants.
I would avoid MESA if your flight was longer than an hour, unless you are prepared to be uncomfortable.
In my opinion, MESA flight attendants (US Airways Express) are much more easy going and service friendly than PSA Airlines (another US EXpress carrier), but that's another story for another thread.
