i was just hoping for some advice based on your experience with the old 100ml v. 3oz rule. here are my specifics: i have a 100ml (glass) bottle of bitters for cocktails. pain in the rear to get, can't get them in the US, took a long time to find these. i want to bring a bottle as a gift when we fly from boston to chicago next weekend. we're just doing carryon. i'm guessing that as long as i keep it in my little baggie, it's fine due to the 100ml clause. my husband is freaking because of the power of discretion of TSA agents, and he really really doesn't want this stuff to be thrown out.
any thoughts? obviously every scenario is different and i'm not looking for anything legally binding, just opinions by people that travel a heck of a lot more than me would be welcome!
thanks in advance...
