Who are the 4 you're referring to?
SQ hedged their fuel around US$100 a barrel and they have every intention of getting their money back even though most carriers have lowered or dropped their fuel surcharges. But to be fair, some SQ fares ex-HKG seem to be lower but others ex-ICN, ex-NRT and ex-SIN seem not to be budging at all.
Other airlines that still charge high surcharges in my opinion seem to be the EU carriers like LH, LX, OS, KL, AF, BA, and basically any longhaul carrier operating out of european cities.
