I tried to get BRG; but as always the Hilton excuses were just ridiculous. I am a Hilton Status Member, but will now change to another chain, because this is just unfair.

The reservation booked on the Hilton website was for a KING BED GUEST ROOM.
The reservation on the easyclicktravel.com was for a Standard room type.
Therefore, as stated in our terms in conditions, your reservation is not
eligible for the Our Best Rates Guaranteed.

I replied saying that there is absolutely no difference between these two room types... where should be a difference between a standard guest room and a guest room ? - they are just the same !!!! I even forwared it to Adam Burke and Dirk Fuehrer (Head of Sales, Germany) - but they did not reply ! That is just so aweful how they treat loyal customers.
Any ideas to whom I can forward this issue to be heard ?
