The introduction of "shake us down" fees, including fees for "last minute" awards, Plats award fees, and all the others fees on our "free" tickets. It's almost like a class action suit material.

Poor info, such as incomplete Skyclub location lists, not mutually recognizing status on the other airline for upgrade issues, no published local airport changes and other plans, no info about BizPerks nor SkyBonus program integration

Found out mostly via FT, not directly from the airlines.
