ITA bug with SFO???

So I've been using ITA for awhile, and never had any problems. About 2 weeks ago, I started getting error messages whenever I try a routing like this

SJC:: lax sfo
IAD (or pick your east coast city)

or SJC:: sba lax sfo
IAD

basically, anytime I backtrack to sfo, i get an error on ITA. this used to always work, but it stopped a few weeks ago, which is unfortunate, because .bomb allows those routes, and you get many more miles out of a MR when you do that west coast circle.

It does allow
SJC:: sba lax san
IAD

but that's about 200 miles less, and MANY less options when you arrive in SAN to re-route to get upgrades that may not have cleared on the originally booked flight, or a lightly loaded plane so you can have ghetto lay flay in Y.

has anyone else noticed this problem, and how have you fixed it? Note, I primarily use UA
