Platinums now have fees to change award reservations, even when there is no change in destination or date or routing or even flights. Just to change from a "all" or "most flights" option to "some flights."

We have gained SWUs. Yes, they are difficult to use, but that is likely the one thing that kept me around after all the other craziness and devaluations.
