It appears I'm going to have an opportunity to present some feedback directly to NW/DL management. What I'd like to start with is a list of changes that illustrate how the "Best in Class" promises weren't kept as well as those that were. The typical FT <rant on><rant off> won't fly here, something more coherent & rational is in order.

So let's start:

What have we lost (e.g. what has been Deltified)?

What have we gained (i.e. where has Deltification actually benefited us)?

If you remember, how did we first hear about each change?

All that's on topic here are the actual changes, pluses or minuses, and the means of delivery.

Now off to catch my first DL flight in 3 months.
