Jean-Georges is known for incorporating Asian influences into his contemporary French cuisine. Here are a few sample dishes:

- Tuna Ribbons, Avocado, Spicy Radish, Ginger Marinade
- Halibut with Snow Peas, Ramps, Almond Milk, and Chili Oil
- Soy Glazed Short Ribs, Apple-Jalepeno Puree and Rosemary Crumbs
- Toasted Sesame Cake, Green Apple Sorbet, Yuzu

Lunch is a bargain at this CPW location.
