Just checked my profile in My Account, and it greets me with my middle initial in my name. When I go to "My Sign-In and Identification," there is a field for middle initial (which has a font size slightly larger than the rest of the name).
Not sure if that's always been that way; I don't recall. But my middle initial is printed on my current MVPG and Board Room cards.
Checking already purchased tickets (of which I have a dozen or so between now and December, so far), no middle initial appears in the reservation under "Traveler Information." Nor was a middle initial printed on my boarding pass yesterday.
