Additional guidance

Clarifications to this process ("the program" noted below refers to the software my agency uses to complete travel arrangements).

1. Please be sure that you have your full name with initial, (including those with Hyphenated names) loaded into (the program). (The program) will be updated to show the hyphenation.

2. If you go by Tim and your Driver's license says Timothy, then (the program) will need to be changed to reflect what is on your Gov't issued ID.

3. If you do not have a middle name, your Driver's license or passport will or should reflect this as well - then you should have no problems.

What this means is that when the airline prints your boarding pass, your full name will match the ID you present when you go through security. You should not be slowed down by this process if all the above has been addressed.

Remember boarding pass name and name on Government issued ID needs to match.
