1 Night in a deluxe room is 25,000 points, but 5 nights is only 75,000.
How are you getting five nights for 75,000. I have five nights for 125,000 (25,000 points per night) in a 2 bedroom villa (all that is offered). So they are already offering the "new schedule" pointswise (consistent number of points per night) but I understand they are likely to be more points due to moving to higher categories in July.
