DTW-LHR-DTW these days is operated by the 767-400ER with AVOD at all seats. The aircraft rotates in LHR with the 764ER JFK-LHR flight (DL3/4) - you can tell by the schedules of the DTW and JFK flights into/out of LHR:
E.g., on Saturday 5/16,
NW782 arrives LHR 8:15am and NW 783 departs LHR 9:15am
DL3 arrives LHR 7:05am and DL 4 leaves LHR 10:05am
Hence, NW 782 aircraft becomes DL4 and DL3 becomes NW783. Since DL3/4 has been a 764 everyday since April 1, it stands to reason that NW782/783 are now also 764s.
This Saturday (5/16) shows the 764 seatmap (i.e., 7 rows in the Business cabin) for NW782 DTW-LHR.
