Thank you to all of you that felt compelled to let me know what you think of me and my "problem". You should have saved your keystrokes because I don't care what any of you think.
I did care to let Hilton know what a terrible job they are doing and why they are losing just a tad bit of business from a former customer....I thought there might be a company lurker here to address the matter since no other avenue with Hilton seem sto work (pick up the phone...gee that's novel...I would have never thought of that...duh). As usual...no one from Hilton to respond.
I'll let you all in on a little secret, Starwood does a much, much better job with all apsects of rewards, availability and customer service. And by the way "doc" did Hilton tell you that they were the only one with a toll free custoemr service number? Starwood has one, Hyatt has one...geez, even Priority Club has one!
I won't stand for terrible service...I find it amazing that so many people will, however.
So, continue to enjoy the terrible service from Hilton, the nonposting of points you earned and the blackout dates.
