My "customized web address" was myname.moremilesahead.com and I just tried a few common names in place of "myname" and saw that some people got 10k miles.

The card that I was currently using regularly got the 2k offer and the card that I haven't started using yet this year got the 5k offer. Could be a coincidence, I suppose.
