I hope so! Over 1M BIS miles on UA and this is the first time they ever called me! I am on the same flights as another FTer who is on a trip right now and I wonder if they made 2 calls.

This itinerary has received a lot of UA attention the past few days because I have to involve the medical desk in all of my overnight flights. I received a call from them every day this week because they want to be sure I have the power hookup on the right flights; they were very confused with my itinerary.
