I called customer service after reading the information posted in the link listed below.

Fourth paragraph down:
Make purchases and bill payments more rewarding and earn one (1) OnePass mile for every two ($2) dollars you spend - for a low $30 annual fee. The miles you earn do not expire.*
It clearly states - Bill Payments. The first rep checked with the supervisor and said that you are eligible to receive 1 mile for every $2 spent on bill payment. The second rep checked with an associate and said that you are not allowed to receive the miles for bill payment.
I am confused just like everyone else, but I think they have to provide miles for bill payment since the website clearly has bill payment listed.
Just wanted to get your thoughts incase I am reading it incorrectly.
