After what this horrible airline has put me through time and time again, I think they need to waive the damned fee. It doesn't cost them anything; they're just being greedy....and hell, I'll assure you I'll quadruple check everything now. I usually do it myself to make SURE it's correct but because I needed an agent to find flights for both tickets, I had to call. I sure as hell will not rely on them anymore.

Not only that, the trip is still 6 months off. Give me a break.
