Livid!!! Need Delta's CEO's Address ASAP!
I booked my honeymoon trip about 3 weeks ago from PNS to HNL via phone since I had to use miles for my fiancee's ticket and pay for mine (a whopping $1200). I had the agent take care of everything and told her that my outbound was on Sunday, Nov. 22nd and return was Friday Nov. 27th.
I just so happen to log into my e-mail today to look at my flights and they have my return on Nov 29th, not getting in until Nov 30th! I immediately call the medallion desk to try to correct the problem. They tell me that because it was made 3 weeks ago that they cannot change it without a $300 fee. That's total BS! I told them specifically I travel for a living and would have NEVER told them to return on the 29th/30th as I have a business trip that week. The supervisor could not help and just gave me the address to the corporate office. I need the office of the CEO. I spent alot of money for these tickets, and I'm not about to spend $300 more--ESPECIALLY after I had to rent a car and drive home from ATL Friday night since DELTA could not make up for making me miss my connection.
Of course they tell me that I should have looked and notified them sooner. I told them they sent me the e-mail and I saved it into my saved mail, but from now on know that I cannot rely on the competence of a Delta employee.
Anyone on here know a Delta rep. high up or have the CEO's address? I'm sending a certified letter, return receipt requested. I told her I didn't want customer relations as I would get nowhere. I wanted the CEO's but she didn't have it. Do I just send it to corporate with attn: to the CEO?
I am sick I even made a reservation to fly anywhere after the hell I've been through with the airlines. I should have driven somewhere, saved my money, and saved my frustration.
