From my experience, Conrads in HKG, SIN, LON and DUB all rate up there as the best, most luxurious of the Hiltons within the U.S. chain's ownership/management. I find very few Hiltons per se come up to the luxury standard of even Westins, let alone InterContinentals.

Hilton International properties are another matter, owned/managed by Ladbrooke out of London. Most of them rate in the deluxe/luxury range.

Domestic (i.e. U.S.) Hiltons and Sheratons seldom come up to the **** level, let alone *****.
