I know what a passport card looks like thanks, never said I didn’t. I never said that SOP requires us to fetch you a manager if you request one. I said a supervisor, and I am correct.
Now, you chose to comment about something and were absolutely correct in your statement, as was I, but you made the same error I did and failed to notice that the “to” and “from” locations were outside of the US. Yet people chose to assault me for the error and not you, even after I pointed out the error, not even you. Care to comment on that?
This thread is hilarious.
Ron, perhaps you don't quite understand that for the overwhelming majority of FT posters, the LHR-HKG routing is recognized instantly as one that does not enter the US.
Most people, when joining an online community, would spend some time learning about it before throwing one's expertise around. You, on the other hand, have chosen to assert your "expertise" almost from the beginning.
Now, having been caught making an embarrassing mistake, you want us to give you a pass.
I'm not sure if you spend time here on your own accord, or because your employer has asked TSO's to start posting on sites like this one as a counterpoint to all the anti-TSA posts. If it is the former, I would recommend taking a little more care in asserting your expertise, until such time you have some. If it is the latter, I do sincerely feel sorry for you that your employer has sent you on a mission with so little training.
