I know what a passport card looks like thanks, never said I didn’t. I never said that SOP requires us to fetch you a manager if you request one. I said a supervisor, and I am correct.
Now, you chose to comment about something and were absolutely correct in your statement, as was I, but you made the same error I did and failed to notice that the “to” and “from” locations were outside of the US. Yet people chose to assault me for the error and not you, even after I pointed out the error, not even you. Care to comment on that?
