I have now had three different 'Research Numbers' two have which where unsuccessful. I spoke to a very helpful lady this morning who said, and I quote:

''I cannot understand why you have not been given the 3000 points. I can see here on your booking that the rate clearly qualifies! I think the people who researched the last two cases have not looked properly at the detail. We will fix this for you''

It may sound trivial, but I am prepared to push this all the way. I didn't need to stay in the hotel as I live in Melbourne, but thought it might be a good way to see the modern accommodation as well as earn some QF points along the way. They need to get their act into gear regarding their booking system and codes, otherwise they are falsely advertising this offer.
