Stayed at the Phoenix Doubletree Guest Suites last month and got the free breakfast buffet, the bottled water, and a little shopping bag with a couple of magazines, more bottled water, cookies, microwave popcorn, and a nice note from the GM recognizing Gold status...

...but a few days earlier at the Guest Suites in Chicago, just got a $10 breakfast coupon and nothing else. Obviously, YMMV.
