Equipment change -- I was watching the updgrade queue on CO's PDA site, unobsessively replotting it every 10 seconds, when it suddenly went from 50 seats/8 unsold with us at #3 & #4 in the list to 24 seats & sold out -- they'd replaced the 777 with a 757-300 Cattle Mover.
We were in a 757-300 on the way home, too, but at least we got the reclining exit row on that one one.
