Yes, they are both lovely seats, even with someone in the other one. I was in 8F a couple of weeks ago. Note the view from the window isn't up to much - because of the exit door, the only window is by one's shoulder.
My recollection is that all of 22 AF and 21 BCDE have ample extra legroom. But I've only really noticed when walking from 8F to the loo.
