Following terminology in the press release would indicate that the hotel is now officially part of the Hilton portfolio:

Hilton Hotels Corporation today announces that the Boca Raton Resort & Club in South Florida has joined The Waldorf Astoria Collection.

The resort is also showing up on the Hilton website if you search Boca Raton but still no mention of it on the HH page showing redemption values for W=A properties.
