I'm curious as to TSAs search mandate when it comes to putting on hands. I know, as a LEO, I can put my hands anywhere to search so long as it's a search incident to arrest. If it's a Terry Frisk, then the search is less detailed and more cursory, although the crotch area can still be checked. But it's a weapons search, so it's more of a patdown than a real search.
