Sure. Just like it
used to be. Identify true loyalty and reward it prolifically. Offer up-and-comers a taste of the benefits; maybe mail out a one-time MLL pass for every $4k spent. P/E/SE are so arbitrary; these days, with modern computers, databases, and data mining, it wouldn't be hard to build a comprehensive and customized CRM system that would engage profitable and highly desirable customers more than the current system which makes no distinction between the top-paying elites, and the bottom-feeding riff-raff.
