I propose that all Amex cardmembers offended by Amex' practices discussed in this thread choose a single day on which you will all call Amex to either a) complain about what they have done to other card members, or b) cancel your accounts. Use Twitter, FaceBook, consumer and travel websites to organize. 10,000 card cancellations on one day should send a message.
