I'm sure you've gotten some complaints but isnt that going to be coming with any airline or any customer service business for that matter?? I still don't think its as wide of a problem as its being made out to be.


Witn unions, I'm familiar with labor laws as I've been in position of managing unionized labor groups in the past. I don't think its just laws that unions use to "hide" behind, I think its a whole mentality where the legal aspect is just one part of it. I do most definitely agree how it is a prime example of government getting involved in what I thought was free market economy.
