I know that supposedly neither Four Seasons nor Ritz Carlton have a points-based loyalty programme, but I was pleasantly surprised today to receive a Fedex package today from the Four Seasons. Inside was a fancy box with my name on it, and inside that was a card for 500 USD in charges at any Four Seasons. Obviously, this was in recognition of how much I have stayed at FS over the past few years, and just as obviously, they must have applied some sort of formula to arrive at the amount of "thanks" I was entitled to.

So although they don't have an official programme with a published award table, they apparently do have something that works something like one. (OTOH, if I had been staying at Hyatt or Hilton rather than FS, I would have racked up enough points for a good 3 week stay at one of their best properties by now, so the 500 USD is not as generous as it seems at first).
