Ok..I used to fly a great deal more than I do now. I haven't flown on Airtran in about 2 years. I did already pick our seats and paid for them. (this would be my family of 4 this trip).

If I decide (and there's availability) to upgrade to business, do I just eat the $48 bucks that we paid for picking our seats already? I'm sure the answer will be yes, but I was just curious.
