Agreed. Though I think it would be preferable to get US to make it right. There was a
recent story about something outrageous that DL did to one of its customers who availed herself of her credit card's charge back. Not suggesting that US would do anything like that under these circumstances. I just think the charge back should be your one of your last resorts.
