My trip was delayed because of some unexpected surgery so I'm trying to reschedule for late this year / early '10.
As quoted, BA no longer flies to DAC but CX and JAL do. However I called AA and was told they could not book an award ticket to DAC through them. They could get me to Delhi, Dubai, Singapore, or Hong Kong and I'd be responsible for booking the rest of the way. That seems odd but I'll call back and I'll try calling OW.
Just wanted to give an update since FT was so helpful last time I investigated this. Now that I've got more time (and more miles) I'm going to try to snag an F award ticket.
I see plenty of 180K F availability from AUS-ORD-DEL for November right now.
So at worst I can book that and buy a separate ticket on JAL for DEL-DAC.
