no award stays at Waldorf Towers
Most disappointed. Was hoping to bring a girlfriend over to NYC for the weekend and stay at the Waldorf. There was no availability in the hotel, but diamond rep rang towers to check. THEY DONT PROVIDE AWARD TRAVEL. This erks me greatly.

One very unhappy Daimond Member who racked up over 300k points last year and wants to use some.....
