Is the better view at IC worth the extra cost? i am not big on views, but as Chinese I prefer to be nearer to the local scene or the seafood street you mentioned, it sounds absolutely delightful.

My business is in the Chenyang district, is it feasible to stay by seaside and taxi over? or should I stay in HI Parkview for the business as it is closer?
