IC is near the seaside, the view is better then CP. but the CP is the nearer one to the city center, in fact, IC to CP only around 500m.

I suggest you can stay in IC, but you may need to walk around 10-15 min to the restaurants, there is a 'seafood street' near the Qingdao International Finicial Center, name 'Yun Xiao Stree', or you can go there by taxi.
