As far as your ST member airline goes I don't know that you really have any other choices than DL domestically.

Comparing US to CO? IMO there is no comparison. I would rather drive than take a US flight anywhere. Once CO makes the *A transition, my vote is that you give your OP number when flying on other *A partners.

Upgrades or not, CO is a better flight experience all around.
