I am spending 4 nights in Qingdao for business so most like spending the bulk of my stay in HI Parkview near the airport, which is 40 minutes to the sea side.

However, since Qingdao is supposedly known as a seaside city and its seafood, I am thinking of spending at least a night or two in either the IC or CP. CP is slightly cheaper but I am not going to worry about that for short stay.

Which one is better to absorb the local culture, scenery, and closer to good Chinese seafood restaurants?
